The Paris 2024 Paralympic Games are so close, BUT we haven’t yet raised what we need to get our 400+ team of Para-athletes to the games.

Para-athletes face the same intense training schedule as able-bodied athletes, but they face many more barriers.
The biggest inequality affecting Paralympians is the much higher costs of competing.

- Para-athletes incur extra costs for their sport equipment, which is often customized for their sport and for their disability.
- Athletes with disability often require accessible transport and travel – which requires more planning, more logistics, more time and more expense.
- Paralympians also need to fund the support staff including guides, pilots and ramp assistants that travel and compete with them.

Many Paralympians are self-funded.
That is why we desperately need your help to raise the needed funds for your Australian Paralympic Team to compete at the next 2024 Games in Paris.
Sport plays an important role in changing community perceptions of people with disability.
